Sometimes, in the kitchen, when she's doing stuff, I'll come up behind her and misogyn on her shoulders. She loves that! Sometimes, she needs a good rub down and I'll be misogyn her in the bedroom. She's never ever complained. Not once! As a matter of fact, sometimes she'll tell me she wouldn't mind if I were even MORE misogynistic. So... Here's the less-than-3-minute video that shows how my oil painting, Left Unattended, progressed. You also get to see reference photos. This is the painting that won the Creative Arts Guild's Patron's Choice Award at their Arts Festival in 2024.
This is my short video of my progression of this Wall Garden watercolor. It was painted as an illustration for the husband's TTRPG. The finished work is on a 10" x 13" cold press 100% cotton watercolor paper using Kuretake watercolor paints. I started this in October 2024 and only just finished it recently.

This is my latest painting... currently being painted in acrylic but likely will transition to mixed media by development with oils. 22" x 24"

I am deeply humbled and very happy to report that my Gypsy Beauty painting won Best In Show at the Harris Arts Center Regional Art Show! She will remain on display through July 19th. For those of you who have been following me on my art journey for any length of time these past two years, you've seen me attain a lot of "firsts" as an artist. Well, today's award is yet another first. It was only my second exhibition, but my first time winning. I am just so grateful and starting to feel accomplished as a #FineArtist. Thank you Harris Arts Center for the opportunity to participate and show my work. I look forward to doing so again next year!
